1) Where we ship

Domestic (Italy): nationwide.

International: EU and non-EU countries (subject to carrier availability and import rules).
2) Processing time

Order handling: typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Processing time is in addition to the delivery times below.
3) Delivery times (from dispatch)

Italy (Domestic): 1–3 business days.

International (EU & Non-EU): up to 30 business days. Most EU deliveries arrive in 3–10 business days, but customs/security checks and remote areas can extend transit times.
Timeframes are estimates provided by carriers. Weather, strikes, peak seasons, and customs can cause delays beyond our control.
4) Carriers, tracking & signature

We ship with reputable national and international carriers.

Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

For high-value or fragile items, a signature on delivery may be required.
5) Shipping rates

Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service.

Any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (especially for non-EU destinations) are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
6) Packaging (vintage & fragile items)

Each piece is individually protected using appropriate cushioning and double-boxing where needed. We may reuse clean packaging to reduce waste.
7) Address accuracy & changes

Please verify your address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee post-checkout address changes; if the parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
8) Undeliverable/Refused packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we can reship upon request; re-shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you prefer a refund, outbound shipping and any unrecoverable import fees may be deducted (your statutory rights remain unaffected).
9) Oversized, freight & white-glove deliveries

Furniture, large lighting, or fragile art may ship via freight/white-glove. Transit can exceed standard parcel estimates. We’ll coordinate delivery details with you. If you schedule a delivery window and miss it, re-delivery fees may apply.
10) PO Boxes & remote areas

Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes; provide a physical address. Remote areas may incur surcharges or longer transit times.
11) Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), contact us and we’ll open a tracer with the carrier. Resolutions depend on carrier findings and may take additional time.
12) Damaged in transit

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept with reservation (where available).

Email dpkgpt1987@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of: outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, and the damaged item.

For one-of-a-kind pieces, replacement may not be possible; if the carrier approves the claim, we will refund.
13) Customs, duties & import restrictions (international)

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Any duties/taxes are collected by customs/carriers and are not controlled by us.
14) Returns & exchanges

See our Return & Refund Policy (30 Days) for how to return an item. Note that return shipping costs are always paid by the buyer, except where required by law or if we explicitly agree otherwise for damage/not-as-described claims after review.
